I was a workaholic for a long time in my life. I have 15 years of professional experience in executive search, recruitment and selection. Has been opening branches and leading projects in 56 regions of Russia and CIS, Europe and Asia. Personally conducted 9500 candidate interviews, placing candidates in 360 client companies.

Since 2008 I am CEO of A.S.Wellas Executive Search and Recruitment company.

Currently I came to understanding that I need to balance work and other aspects of life. So on the 12th of March, 2014 my husband and I have started a one-year trip around the world. It is not a vacation for us but rather an adventure and life “on the go” at the same time. We want to find a perfect spot for building a house of our dreams. So we’ll continue looking everywhere untill we find it.
